LYDScore connects guest experiences with information about sound. These terms describe accounts, content and use of the platform.

Your account
Provide accurate contact information and protect your password. You are responsible for content shared through your account. Contact us if you suspect misuse.
Reviews and other content
Share only experiences you have had and material you have the right to use. Follow the review guidelines. Sharing content gives LYDScore permission to display it as part of the platform. You retain your rights to your content.
Moderation
We may investigate, reject or remove content that breaks the guidelines and restrict accounts involved in misuse. Contact us if you believe a decision is wrong. Disagreement with criticism is not, on its own, a reason for removal.
Place profiles and businesses
You must be authorised to manage a place. An approved claim verifies your connection to the profile; it is not a professional assessment of the sound environment.
Paid services
The specific order or agreement must state price, scope, payment and any cancellation terms. An enquiry about a measurement week does not trigger an automatic paid order. Paid products do not increase the community score.
Measurements and certification
Results apply to the documented period and conditions. Use of a certificate requires a valid certificate for that place and scope. The mark must not imply regulatory approval or accreditation.
Use information in context
Reviews are personal assessments. Information may be incomplete or change over time. Contact the place if a particular detail is essential to your visit. LYDScore is not a tool for assessing hearing safety.
Changes and questions
The platform may evolve and these terms may be updated. Mandatory rights under applicable law are unaffected. Contact us with questions about using the platform.
